Position details
Location: Buffalo Grove, Illinois
Shift: 2nd shift, 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
Pay: $20.21 per hour

What you’ll tackle
Assemble and fine-tune products per documented standards (visual aids, work instructions, and specs).
Operate hand, pneumatic, and power tools; run production equipment and computer-controlled machinery.
Stage and move materials and components to keep lines running efficiently.
Rotate across workstations, cells, and departments to align with demand.
Complete production and quality records with accuracy and timeliness.
Escalate and help resolve process, equipment, or quality concerns.
Execute setups, adjustments, and changeovers per procedures.
Promote a safe, organized, team-first environment while meeting output and quality goals.
Must-haves
Comfort with physical work: standing, sitting, bending, pushing, pulling, and related activities during the shift.
Ability to read and follow English instructions, safety guidance, and equipment documentation.
Precision and care in assembly to meet quality standards.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Nice-to-haves
High School Diploma or GED
Manufacturing experience and strong communication skills
Basic computer literacy for documentation and system use
Your toolkit
Power tools, pneumatic tools, small/large production equipment, material handling devices, and computer-controlled machinery
