Manufacturing Center Head

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manufacturing Operations Management: Responsible for the overall operation and management of manufacturing subsidiaries, establish efficient management mechanisms, and be accountable for organization building, operational efficiency and operational results;

2. Production System Building: Responsible for the construction of the machining product manufacturing system, coordinate production planning, capacity planning, process management and on-site operations to ensure production and delivery targets are met;

3. Quality Management: Establish and continuously optimize the quality management system to improve product consistency, reliability and manufacturing process control capability;

4. Safety & EHS Management: Establish a work safety and EHS management system, implement safety, occupational health and environmental management responsibilities, and prevent major operational risks;

5. R&D-Sales-Production Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, sales and delivery teams to drive product introduction, market demand response and effective integration of R&D, production and sales;

6. Supply Chain & Team Building: Coordinate supply chain collaboration, production cost and team building, and enhance manufacturing competitiveness through process optimization, efficiency improvement and talent development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Mechanical Manufacturing, Petroleum Engineering, or related disciplines are preferred.

2. Industry & Work Experience: At least 8 years of experience in machining or industrial product manufacturing, with leadership experience in a factory, manufacturing base, or production-oriented company.

3. Professional Skills:

3.1 Familiarity with manufacturing operations systems, with comprehensive capabilities across production planning, processes, quality, supply chain, cost control, and efficiency improvement;

3.2 Familiarity with production safety laws and regulations and EHS system development, with experience in managing manufacturing-site safety and environmental risks.

4. Core Competencies: Strong organizational leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities, with the ability to effectively align R&D, production, and sales needs and drive continuous improvement.
