Schedule: (Overnight Shift) 8:00pm to 6:30am

Industry: Manufacturing (Paint, Coatings, Chemicals)

Salary: $24.25 Hourly (plus $1.50 Shift Differential)

Education: High School Diploma required

Background: Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test (No Exceptions)

Selected candidates will be required to perform a variety of duties such as:
  • Always maintain highest level of safety and quality.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Use manual and mechanical devices such as chain hoists, drum carts, and pallet jacks; to move, stage or lift material.
  • Accurately weigh and safely add materials according to process orders.
  • Set up and operate equipment for mixing and blending paint related materials.
  • Help maintain accurate inventory levels and organization.
  • Collect samples from batch for laboratory testing.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hand(s) and arm(s), stoop, use hands and fingers to complete tasks that require dexterity. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must routinely lift and/or move up to 55 pounds by hand and move or manipulate heavier loads with mechanical assistance.

To be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Required: Capability to learn quickly and work in a self-directed team environment
  • Required: Ok to work repetitive tasks with accuracy (10-hour shift)
  • Preferred: Previous manufacturing experience
  • Preferred: Previous experience operating fork trucks

Qualified candidates MUST supply a Resume with work history that highlights work experience and education accomplishments at the time of application. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of drug screening, background check, and physical exam. Drug Testing is part of the post-offer employment physical.

We offer:
  • $1,500 Sign-On Bonus ($750 paid after 90-days of service & $750 paid at 6 months of employment)
  • 3rd ShiftMixer works a Sunday through Wednesday, 8PM - 6:30AM shift schedule, including shift differential
  • Hourly starting wage rate of $24.25/hour
  • Shift Differential for 3rd shift - $1.50/hour
