Now hiring Customer Service Representative

Location: Tucson, AZ

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year - Depending on experience

Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM | May include weekends.

Here's what we're after:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Inside Sales (manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong ERP skills, ideally with Microsoft.
  • Ability to handle upset or demanding customers professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Basic financial understanding for Accounts Receivable support.

Responsibilities:

Client Service

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding orders, questions, complaints, and delivery updates.
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and with resilience-especially in difficult customer situations or when handling delivery delays.
  • Maintain strong relationships with domestic and international customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Order & System Management

  • Enter and manage customer orders.
  • Verify pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and product codes before releasing the order.
  • Track order progress and ensure timely confirmations to customers.
  • Support accurate documentation and data maintenance in the ERP system.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Production: Coordinate expected delivery times, production availability, and schedule changes.
  • Laboratory/Color Development: Communicate customer requests for new colors, samples, and approvals.
  • Sales Managers: Align on priorities, key customer requirements, delivery exceptions, and complaints.
  • Logistics: Support shipment scheduling and resolve delivery problems.

Accounts Payable Support

  • Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks (invoices, data entry, document flow, basic reconciliations).
  • Provide backup in AR during absence or peak workload.
  • Ensure proper allocation and documentation of financial data.
