At Wilson Tool, our Manufacturing Internship Program gives students the opportunity to apply what they're learning in the classroom while working alongside experienced professionals in a world-class manufacturing environment.
This paid internship is designed to help you develop technical skills, explore multiple areas of manufacturing, and build a strong foundation for your career—all while working around your school schedule.
Many of our interns transition into full-time careers with Wilson Tool after graduation.
As a Manufacturing Intern, you'll rotate through various manufacturing departments approximately every 6–9 months, giving you broad exposure to our operations and helping you discover where your interests and strengths align.
