Description

Reporting into senior project leadership, the Project Superintendent will oversee onsite construction activities and ensure successful project execution from mobilisation through completion.

• Lead day-to-day field operations on industrial construction projects
• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics
• Ensure all work is delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners
• Drive productivity and maintain accountability across the project team
• Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and workforce planning
• Support successful project delivery across multiple assignments throughout Texas

Profile

For the Project Superintendent we are seeking:

• Proven experience leading large industrial, manufacturing, or processing facility construction projects
• Strong background in heavy industrial construction environments
• Experience managing field teams, subcontractors, and project schedules
• Knowledge of structural steel, concrete, and complex building systems
• Ability to travel extensively throughout Texas on a project assignment basis
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Stable career history with demonstrated project success and tenure
• Experience with platforms such as Procore and Microsoft Project is preferred

Job Offer

• Base salary: $150,000 - $180,000 (DOE)
• $10,000 annual vehicle allowance
• Travel expenses fully reimbursed while assigned to projects
• Structured 10 days on / 4 days off rotation schedule
