Project Superintendent
Reporting into senior project leadership, the Project Superintendent will oversee onsite construction activities and ensure successful project execution from mobilisation through completion.
- Lead day-to-day field operations on industrial construction projects
- Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics
- Ensure all work is delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners
- Drive productivity and maintain accountability across the project team
- Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and workforce planning
- Support successful project delivery across multiple assignments throughout Texas

For the Project Superintendent we are seeking:
- Proven experience leading large industrial, manufacturing, or processing facility construction projects
- Strong background in heavy industrial construction environments
- Experience managing field teams, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Knowledge of structural steel, concrete, and complex building systems
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Texas on a project assignment basis
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Stable career history with demonstrated project success and tenure
- Experience with platforms such as Procore and Microsoft Project is preferred

- Base salary: $150,000 - $180,000 (DOE)
- $10,000 annual vehicle allowance
- Travel expenses fully reimbursed while assigned to projects
- Structured 10 days on / 4 days off rotation schedule
