Key Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Controller:

• Partner with plant leadership to drive profitability and operational performance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost-setting processes
• Oversee product costing, inventory management, and financial reporting accuracy
• Analyze cost variances and provide actionable recommendations
• Support monthly close, margin analysis, and manufacturing expense tracking

Qualifications for the Manufacturing Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience
• Strong expertise in product costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis
• ERP system experience and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills
