Documentation generated such as, but not limited to schedule development, reports and assessments for use by/for our design, trade crafts, procurement, and project leads to implement activities associated with all aspects of construction.Essential Functions:Creates, documents, monitors, and analyzes schedules for manufacturingDevelops and manages schedules for daily, weekly, and monthly productions based on sales forecasts and production capacity.Coordinates and works closely with various departments, including operations and purchasing, to ensure schedules are aligned with production needs.Monitors production progress by tracking the progress of production activities and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines and assists resolving any issues that arise.Compiles reports on production progress, inventory levels, and any production problems to inform stakeholders.Produces reports for manpower tracking and look-a-heads for current and future planningWorks with multiple projects in accordance with standard and best project practice.Schedules and facilitates collaborative meetings to ensure that all activities are properly integrated into the base schedule using critical path methodology.Identifies bottlenecks, reallocating resources, and resolving production-related issues to maintain efficiency.
