Our client in the Conroe area is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys working on the manufacturing floor, supporting production teams, and ensuring products are built and shipped on time while maintaining quality standards.

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay:
Competitive pay based on experience. Position may be offered as hourly or salaried depending on qualifications. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules
• Spend the majority of the day on the manufacturing floor supporting production associates
• Monitor workflow and help resolve production issues
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process
• Coordinate with production, quality, and shipping teams to ensure on-time deliveries
• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
• Communicate production priorities and provide support to manufacturing personnel
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing leadership, coordination, or supervisory experience required
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production workflows
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Quality-focused with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work on the production floor for extended periods
• Computer proficiency and experience with manufacturing systems is a plus
