Seeking a Cost Accountant for stellar manufacturing client!

Cost Accountant

Salary: $80k – $100k
Location: 100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.

Key Responsibilities for the Cost Accountant:


• Manage cost accounting transactions and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
• Analyze inventory valuation, cycle counts, and cost accuracy to prevent write-offs
• Support operational teams with cost reduction analysis and financial insights
• Prepare and update standard costs and cost rolls across manufacturing processes
• Assist with P&Ls, forecasts, budgets, and financial reporting
• Lead physical inventory counts and support ERP system enhancements


Qualifications for the Cost Accountant:


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of Cost Accountant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and inventory management
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
