Come create your career with VoltVolt is immediately hiring a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative in Rio Rancho NM.As a Manufacturing Customer Service Rep. you will Prepare and submit customer quotes in a timely and accurate manner Process new customer orders and ensure all order details are entered correctly Track and schedule customer orders to meet production and delivery requirements Process engineering and customer change orders as needed Coordinate tool receipts and shipments for customer-owned tools and mylars Process customer shipments and ensure accurate shipping documentation Submit customer invoices and assist with billing-related activities Create and maintain customer accounts and records within company systems Respond to customer inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently Communicate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met Maintain accurate documentation and records related to customer orders and activities Perform other related duties as assignedThis is a full-time Temp to Hire position.
