Location: Vonore, TN

Pay Rate: $17.05 per hour

4-Day Work Week: Monday-Thursday | Day Shift: 10 AM - 8 PM

Manufacturing Custodian Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous custodial, sanitation, manufacturing, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Understanding of GMP, OSHA, and workplace safety standards is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions, safety protocols, and sanitation procedures consistently.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 25-50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in industrial environments with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Manufacturing Custodian Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas, break rooms, restrooms, offices, and common spaces in a manufacturing facility.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub floors, and operate manual or automated cleaning equipment.
• Clean and sanitize machinery, tools, and workstations in accordance with GMP and company standards.
• Dispose of waste, recyclables, and hazardous materials following safety and regulatory procedures.
• Replenish cleaning and sanitation supplies while ensuring work areas remain organized and audit-ready.
• Support spill cleanup, safety compliance, inspections, and facility housekeeping initiatives.
