Our client, a Business Manufacturing And Supply company, is looking for a Manufacturing Data Coordinator for their Glendale, AZ location.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with correcting and maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM) data in SAP
- Assist with correcting and maintaining Routing data in SAP
- Support configuration and maintenance of workflows in MES
- Review system data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Work with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to resolve data issues
- Ensure changes are completed in accordance with internal procedures and documentation requirements
- If primary assignments are completed, provide document control support within Windchill and Adept
- Maintain document revisions and ensure documents are stored in the appropriate systems and locations
- Support maintenance of project and related data in Open Project
- Assist with organization and upkeep of shared file management systems
- Perform general data cleanup and administrative support related to engineering and manufacturing systems
Requirements:
- Experience with SAP data entry, maintenance, or correction activities
- Familiarity with MES or Manufacturing Execution Systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately within controlled systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience maintaining BOM and Routing data in SAP
- Experience configuring workflows in MES
- Familiarity with document control systems such as Windchill and Adept
- Experience with Open Project and shared file management systems
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal oversight
- Willingness to support both system data management and document control activities
- Associates Degree required, Bachelor degree desired
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in engineering support, manufacturing systems, document control, or data management
- Must be detail oriented and capable of maintaining a high level of data accuracy
- Must be comfortable working across multiple systems and databases
- Must be able to follow defined processes and ensure documentation is current and properly controlled
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred
