Responsibilities
We're looking for someone who knows their way around demand planning in a manufacturing setting-and can actually make it work in the real world, not just in a spreadsheet. This role sits on the site leadership team and reports directly to the Site Leader. In plain terms: you'll be the one making sure demand plans are accurate, production knows what's coming, and inventory doesn't get out of hand. It's a key role if the site's going to run smoothly (and profitably).
The Role
You'll take ownership of demand planning and SIOP at site level. That means building forecasts that hold up under pressure, aligning sales and operations, and turning plans into something the shop floor can actually use. You'll spend your time balancing data with reality-spotting trends, managing risk, and helping the business stay one step ahead rather than constantly reacting.
