Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead global operations, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain strategy.
- Develop and execute long-term operational plans aligned with company objectives.
- Improve operational performance through Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive productivity gains, cost reduction efforts, and profitability improvements.
- Optimize on-time delivery performance and reduce manufacturing backlogs.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, HR, and other business functions to support organizational goals.
- Implement operational excellence systems, KPIs, and best practices across facilities.
- Lead technology adoption and operational innovation initiatives.
- Manage global operational projects and support business expansion efforts.
- Build, develop, and mentor high-performing operations teams.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience leading multi-site and/or global manufacturing operations.
- Strong background in supply chain management, procurement, and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated success implementing Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs.
- Track record of improving productivity, delivery performance, and operational efficiency.
- Strategic leader with strong business acumen and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Experience managing large teams and driving organizational change in complex environments.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree is a plus.
