What You'll Do as a Manufacturing & Distribution Technician:- Operate production machinery including assembly, cutting, and hose crimping equipment
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Build and kit product assemblies according to specifications
- Inspect products and equipment to ensure quality and operational standards are met
- Set up, adjust, and monitor machinery throughout the production process
- Record production output and perform basic machine maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What You Need to Bring to the Manufacturing & Distribution Technician Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to operate or learn precision production machinery
- Ability to read, follow, and understand written instructions
- Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and scales
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds
- Valid driver's license required
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to Savage, MN
- Ability to work full-time and occasional overtime as needed
