Core responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical infrastructure and industrial equipment.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and troubleshoot issues to prevent downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with maintenance and operations to optimize performance and uptime.
• Document all maintenance, repairs, and findings with accuracy.
• Support training and mentorship for junior electricians and apprentices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant technical certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience as an industrial electrician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safe work practices.
• Comfortable interpreting technical documents and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and strong teamwork capabilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Valid electrician’s license/certification is a plus.
