Your impact

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and working on-site in DeLand, FL, you will be the reliability champion for electrical systems across PLC- and CNC-based equipment. You will partner with operators, execute proactive maintenance, and perform safe repairs and installations that follow OEM and engineering specifications.

• Uptime gains through disciplined preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Swift troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical faults.
• Strong operator relationships that translate into equipment readiness and performance.

Role details

• Hours: Sunday night to Friday morning, 11 PM–7 AM.
• Overtime: As needed.
• Pay: $28–$35 per hour plus $1.50/hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; familiarity with preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Minimum 1 year of journeyman-level experience repairing electrical systems in manufacturing.
• Expertise in single- and three (3)-phase industrial electricity and power distribution.

Physical requirements

• Climb, stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for up to 8 hours per day.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Preferred experience

• Working with steel microfibers.
• Hands-on with CNC, PLC, and low-voltage controls.
• Technical certificate, apprenticeship, or military equivalent.
