Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour on W2 Job Summary:We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations, process improvements, and new product introductions. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop manufacturing work instructions, procedures, and documentation.
Drive process improvements using Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, and Value Stream Mapping.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and perform root cause analysis.
Support new product introductions, equipment optimization, and engineering change orders (ECOs).
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams to improve manufacturing performance.
Must-Have Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and process improvement.
Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and data analysis skills.
CAD software experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Exposure to automation or equipment integration is a plus.
