The Manufacturing Engineer role on the Second Shift involves transforming engineering blueprints into detailed work instructions for assembly and mechanics, enhancing production processes through technology and automation.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, process development, RCCA, and implementing Lean Six Sigma improvements to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase efficiency.

Candidates should have 1+ years of manufacturing experience, a relevant degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Engineering), and the ability to obtain a security clearance (Secret level). Skills in process automation, technical writing, equipment operation, GD&T, SAP, and LEAN Six Sigma are preferred.
