Candidates should have 1+ years of manufacturing experience, a relevant degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Engineering), and the ability to obtain a security clearance (Secret level). Skills in process automation, technical writing, equipment operation, GD&T, SAP, and LEAN Six Sigma are preferred.
