This position will support 737 increasing production rates and will integrate directly with Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams.ResponsibilitiesLead projects through conceptualization to implementationIdentify process, manufacturing, or tooling improvementsTroubleshoot production issuesCollect and interpret dataEffectively communicate and report out to leadershipIdentify root causes and execute Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA)Assess engineering change activity, evaluating potential factory disruption for complexity and impact.6+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.What you'll needRequired SkillsBachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement3 or more years of experience working in an engineering disciplineExperience working in a production environment3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Mid-Level)Preferred Skills5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Senior)Experience in Manufacturing Engineering Planning systems such as Product Data Manager (PDM) and Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP)Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience).
