Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies.
Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
Develops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and maintains program architecture for build.
Leads and implements manufacturing plans.
Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
Assists in providing producibility information for project plans and helps document producibility best practices.
Analyzes design and build concepts to evaluate producible design and build definitions.
Resolves technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost, or schedule.
Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies, and concepts.
Reviews electrical design requirements, approves design changes, reviews non-conformance requirements, and translates EBOM into MBOM.
Requirements:
Active Secret Security Clearance required to start.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Bachelor’s degree in STEM field.
5+ years of manufacturing planning or engineering experience with electrical systems.
Experience with GOLD production system.
Experience developing and implementing production and tooling methodologies.
Experience participating on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) for technical integration.
Experience analyzing design and build concepts for producibility.
Experience resolving technical problems affecting performance, cost, or schedule.
Experience translating EBOM into MBOM and reviewing electrical design requirements.
