Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (6 months with potential for extension)
Shift: 4x10 (A shift: Sun-Wed, B shift: Wed-Sat), must be willing to work 1st or 2nd shift

Summary:
Lead and support manufacturing plans, BOM, work instructions, and illustrations for as-built configuration
Identify tooling requirements and process tooling orders based on manufacturing needs
Investigate and resolve manufacturing related issues
Collect data for producibility assessments of parts or product designs
Develop work statements and sequencing with internal partners
Review, maintain, and monitor internal documents
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches and processes
Lead collaboration, integration, and Build Integration milestones across commodities
Analyze design concepts and investigate alternative solutions for producibility requirements
Resolve complex technical problems and provide guidance through mentoring
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR)
Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
9+ years related work experience
Experience in Electrical Manufacturing Engineering role
Experience in wire bundle fabrication, wiring installation, or electrical equipment installation
3+ years leading a team (formal or informal)
Experience leading cross-functional projects
EDA tools experience (OrCAD, Mentor Graphics, Altium, PSPICE) preferred
Aircraft maintenance/modification experience preferred
WIRS software experience preferred
