Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer 4
Location: Ridley Park, PA
Salary Range: $80 - $85/hour
Introduction
This position involves leading Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in analyzing product development, complex producibility studies, and production/tooling philosophies. The role requires refining, validating, coordinating, and implementing conceptual designs while managing the program architecture for build.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in leading Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
- Proficiency in conducting complex producibility and variation analyses.
- Strong project management skills to ensure integration and maintenance of contract requirements, specifications, and design criteria.
- Ability to resolve complex technical problems.
- Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in deploying Lean Enterprise analysis methods.
- Ability to document and communicate producibility best practices.
- Experience in mentoring and providing guidance to others.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the development of manufacturing plans and oversee plan optimization.
- Serve as a project manager to ensure contract requirements and schedule performance are integrated and maintained.
- Support research of new product or business opportunities.
