Manufacturing Engineer - Aerospace Industry

? Position Overview
HireCall is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join a fast-paced aerospace/manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring accurate job planning, efficient production processes, and top-tier quality standards from start to finish.
? Key Responsibilities
Quote components and assemblies based on customer specifications
Plan manufacturing and inspection processes for all jobs
Develop and implement manufacturing techniques to ensure first-time quality and on-time delivery
Provide accurate estimates for manufacturing, inspection, and outside processing costs
Interpret customer models, CATIA files, blueprints, and specifications
Establish efficient processes to ensure product conformity and profitability
Collaborate with customers to resolve specification-related issues
Work with suppliers to ensure outsourced products meet requirements and deadlines
? Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (estimating/engineering experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks)
Experience working within AS9100 quality standards
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization
