Manufacturing EngineerOur client is a fast-growing manufacturer of complex electromechanical products. They are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to lead process improvement initiatives, support production operations, and partner with engineering teams to successfully launch and scale new products in a high-volume manufacturing environment.Lead manufacturing process development and optimization initiatives to improve product quality, throughput, and operational efficiency.Support new product introductions by partnering with engineering and operations teams to transition designs into scalable manufacturing processes.Analyze production challenges, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve yield, reliability, and overall equipment effectiveness.Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, process flows, and production standards.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Evaluate and implement process improvements, tooling enhancements, and automation opportunities to reduce costs and increase productivity.Monitor key manufacturing metrics and use data-driven decision-making to support process validation, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.Provide hands-on support for manufacturing operations, including equipment commissioning, process qualification, and production readiness activities.Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements while supporting a culture of operational excellence.Act as a technical resource for production teams, helping resolve complex manufacturing issues and supporting ongoing product and process development.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
