Manufacturing EngineerThis Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:Analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.Developing and updating process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.Identifying and implementing cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives.Troubleshooting production issues and providing technical manufacturing support.Designing tooling, fixtures, equipment, and production layouts.Collaborating with engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations teams.Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Managing engineering changes and supporting new product launches.Training production personnel on processes, equipment, and best practicesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
