Job Description
Manufacturing Engineer
This Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Developing and updating process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.
- Identifying and implementing cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives.
- Troubleshooting production issues and providing technical manufacturing support.
- Designing tooling, fixtures, equipment, and production layouts.
- Collaborating with engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations teams.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Managing engineering changes and supporting new product launches.
- Training production personnel on processes, equipment, and best practices

A Successful Manufacturing Engineer will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- 3-5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Excel.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production methods.
- Experience within aerospace, defense, automotive, medical device, or similarly regulated environments.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
