Support new product introduction and process validation activities. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Create and maintain work instructions and process documentation. Support tooling, fixture, and equipment improvements. Analyze production data to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput.
