Develop clear, detailed work instructions and assembly documentation to ensure consistent product quality and repeatability. Collaborate with design and project engineers to transition new products from development into production. Investigate and resolve manufacturing, testing, and quality-related issues to minimize defects and downtime. Evaluate production performance and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and throughput. Support the development and validation of tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment used in assembly operations.
