Partner with production personnel, machinists, toolmakers, and quality teams to implement effective solutions. Support progressive tooling performance by identifying wear, failures, and opportunities for improvement. Analyze manufacturing processes and recommend enhancements to increase throughput and reduce downtime. Assist with CNC machining strategies, fixturing, tooling selection, and process optimization initiatives. Lead root-cause investigations and corrective action efforts related to quality and production concerns. Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process improvement recommendations.The Successful ApplicantHands-on manufacturing professional with experience supporting production in a fast-paced environment.
