This role is ideal for a hands-on, results-driven professional with a passion for improving manufacturing operations and driving cost savings. The engineer will play a critical role in identifying and executing continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on lean initiatives, scrap reduction, process optimization, time-studies, and throughput enhancement. This is a highly impactful role where your contributions will directly support the plant's operational efficiency and bottom-line performance.The ideal candidate will bring an engineering background (discipline flexible) along with proven experience in lean manufacturing, process improvements, and cost-reduction strategies. Key responsibilities include conducting time studies, updating bills of materials (BOMs), and maintaining accurate routings within an ERP system—preferably SAP. The position also involves cleaning and validating legacy production data to ensure alignment with current operations.
