Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the EU MDR compliance project by compiling comprehensive technical documentation.
- Developing manufacturing process flows to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Conducting PFMEAs to identify and mitigate process risks.
- Preparing validation reports to verify manufacturing processes meet standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all documentation aligns with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications: - Familiarity with surgical solutions, biologics, and orthopedics manufacturing.
- Previous experience supporting EU MDR compliance projects.
- Knowledge of regulatory audits and readiness.
- Relevant experience in medical device manufacturing, process validation, or related fields.
- Prior experience in manufacturing operations within a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process flows, PFMEA, validation, and technical documentation specific to medical devices.
- Ability to develop, review, and validate manufacturing procedures under stringent quality standards.
- Experience supporting compliance with EU Medical Device Regulation (EU MDR), FDA, ISO, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, judgment, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills for documenting technical processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
