Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in electronics/PCBA environments
Strong knowledge of NPI, DFM, DFT, and electrical test development
Experience with PCBAs, schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
Familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, power supplies)
Experience with CAD/ECAD tools, ERP/PLM systems, and contract manufacturers
Knowledge of IPC standards and ATE systems preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Support NPI activities from design through production ramp-up
Develop manufacturing and electrical test processes, fixtures, and test stations
Review schematics, PCB layouts, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
Drive DFM/DFT improvements and resolve production/test issues
Support root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions
Collaborate with engineering, quality, suppliers, and manufacturing teams
Improve yield, reliability, and production efficiency using Lean principles
Seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer with strong electrical engineering experience to support New Product Introduction (NPI), PCBA manufacturing, electrical testing, and production process improvements for electronic/electro-mechanical products.
