Job Description:
The Manufacturing Engineer will focus on improving manufacturing performance through statistical analysis, process optimization, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:
Analyze manufacturing performance data.
Identify opportunities for yield improvement and waste reduction.
Conduct DOE studies and capability assessments.
Implement SPC methodologies.
Lead root cause investigations.
Drive Lean Six Sigma projects.
Support productivity and cost-reduction initiatives.
Requirements:
BS in Engineering.
Experience with Minitab, SPC, and DOE.
Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
Strong analytical skills.
