Job Description

Manufacturing EngineerDevelop and improve manufacturing processes, methods, and controls. Support new product introductions and manufacturing launches. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and throughput. Troubleshoot production equipment and determine root causes of failures. Partner with production and maintenance teams to reduce downtime and improve reliability. Analyze manufacturing data and recommend corrective actions and process enhancements. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction. Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and process standards. Review and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing challenges. Support quality initiatives and process validation activities. Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.1-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.Experience within a high-volume metal manufacturing environment preferred.Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and continuous improvement methodologies.Lean Manufacturing and Green Belt certification highly desired.CAD experience preferred.Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and manufacturing systems.Experience with QAD (MFG/PRO), IQS, or EAM systems preferred.Strong communication, organization, and project management abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.Hands-on manufacturing engineering role.
