Our client located in Brattleboro, VT is looking for a
Manufacturing Engineer to join their growing team!
Your qualifications for the Manufacturing Engineer position are as follows:
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- High school diploma required, bachelors degree preferred
- Excellent understanding of GD&T
- Proficient with CAD/CAM and other manufacturing software (Mastercam, SolidWorks preferred)
- Proficient with G-Code and CNC machine controls
- High level of understanding of machining processes
Benefits you will receive as the Manufacturing Engineer:
- $70K-$110K/year, depending on experience
- Direct-hire opportunity
- 2nd shift schedule of Monday through Friday from 2:00pm-10:30pm
For the Manufacturing Engineer position your duties will include:
- Develop manufacturing processes via CNC programs and/or detailed setup information
- Optimize processes for throughput, cost, process control, scrap percentage, and ease of setup
- Work collaboratively with toolmakers and engineering team on tooling solutions, manufacturing methods, and in-process requirements
- Provide technical support and guidance to operations personnel
- Occasionally lead or participate in special projects and initiatives
