Our client, a leader in advanced technology manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Production Support team supporting process optimization and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Broomfield, Colorado

Pay Range: Very flexible DOE. (Around $50-60/hour) 

What's the Job?

  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes across multiple product and engineering teams
  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to streamline product builds and improve production efficiency
  • Develop, document, and maintain manufacturing workflows, work instructions, process maps, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Support implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) capabilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define manufacturing requirements, workflows, data collection strategies, and process controls within MES

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, production engineering, process engineering, or related roles
  • Experience developing and improving manufacturing processes in a laboratory, advanced technology, semiconductor, aerospace, or manufacturing environment
  • Experience creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation including SOPs, work instructions, BOMs, routings, or process flows
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
