Manufacturing Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Build Engineer for a leading FANG equivalent company. This role serves as the critical link between engineering design and full-scale manufacturing, responsible for turning cutting‑edge rocket hardware designs into highly efficient, production‑ready processes. The ideal candidate will develop and optimize assembly workflows, implement advanced tooling and automation, and drive improvements in yield, quality, and cycle time. This engineer will spend significant time on the factory floor collaborating with technicians and engineers, solving real‑time production challenges, and scaling manufacturing systems for high‑rate output.
