As a Manufacturing Engineer (Cabinet Assembly), you will own and continuously improve cabinet and enclosure assembly processes, ensuring they are safe, efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective. By acting as the technical owner from prototype builds through volume ramp-up, you enable manufacturing readiness and smooth transitions in a high-mix EMS environment. Additionally, you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Minimum 3-7 year's experience in:
  • EMS or electronics manufacturing environment
  • Cabinet / enclosure assembly, panel wiring, or electromechanical integration
  • Experience supporting low-to-medium volume, high-mix production is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Mechanical assembly processes
  • Electrical panel / cabinet wiring practices
  • BOMs, drawings, and assembly documentation
  • Ability to read and interpret:
  • Mechanical drawings
  • Electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Familiar with manufacturing KPIs, process capability, and quality tools
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred
