Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical and engineering support for manufacturing equipment supporting Needle Punch and Label Printing Operations is part of my responsibilities.
  • Supporting engineering and project management in FAT, installation, and commissioning of new equipment ensures smooth deployment.
  • Developing equipment and utility layouts using AutoCAD helps facilitate department relocation and new equipment installation.
  • Supporting the installation of new equipment involves layout planning, utility coordination, and process integration.
  • Interfacing with OEMs, contractors, and internal engineering teams allows me to resolve design gaps quickly.
  • Developing and maintaining process FMEAs and control plans ensures ongoing equipment reliability.
  • Completing process validations such as VP, URS, IQ, OQ, PQ, along with documentation, guarantees compliance.
  • Developing appropriate supporting documentation, SOPs, and work instructions ensures GMP compliance.
  • Collaborating with product and manufacturing engineering, equipment vendors, technicians, and leadership help troubleshoot process and equipment issues.
  • Supporting line performance monitoring and leading practical problem solving (PPS) projects contribute to system improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or mechanical engineering supporting manufacturing operations.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot automation equipment and implement process improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with equipment setup, alignment, and startup activities.
  • Prior experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, including validation experience.
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics and automation systems.
  • Experience writing and executing validations (IQ, OQ, PV).
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar layout design software.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and root cause analysis.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and dedicated to delivering high-quality outcomes.
