This role involves developing, optimizing, and maintaining ceramic core manufacturing processes, including material removal, repair, strengthening, and inspection. Responsibilities include defining processes, conducting engineering trials, analyzing data with SPC, creating SOPs, training staff, and resolving quality issues through root cause analysis.
- You will test new materials and tools, collaborate with engineering and quality teams, and improve process efficiency.
- Candidates should have a BS in Engineering or 5+ years of related experience, with at least 2 years in manufacturing or maintenance. Strong mechanical skills, knowledge of SPC, and experience designing experiments are required.
- The position may require export licenses and applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
