Summary:
This role involves supporting logistics engineering for the MPNO automation transformation. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, practical solutions, including installation, commissioning, and risk mitigation. The role offers hands-on exposure across the operation, with a balanced mix of office-based work and time on the production floor.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support logistics engineering for the MPNO automation transformation, including design development, capital justification, implementation planning, and on-site implementation support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver safe, practical solutions; support installation, commissioning, risk mitigation, and provide clear project updates to Engineering and Operations leadership.
  • Daily interaction with MPNO program team, and periodic interaction with Americas region engineering team.
 
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience.
  • BS in an Engineering-related field.
 
Desired Skills:
  • Top 3 Skills: Project Management, Collaboration, Decision Making & Critical Thinking.
  • Technical Skills (Required): Automation design and implementation, Logistics process design and improvement, M&E Procurement, Contractor Management, AutoCAD (2D drafting), Office 365 Applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Technical Skills (Desired): AutoCAD (3D drafting).

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $39.00 - $40.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
