The Manufacturing Engineer will support the manufacturing operations of high-voltage electrical equipment, including circuit breakers and instrument transformers, at the Charleroi manufacturing facility. As demand for grid modernization and AI-driven infrastructure continues to accelerate globally, GE Vernova is expanding production capacity and investing heavily in manufacturing transformation. The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in improving productivity, reducing waste, supporting process standardization, and implementing Lean manufacturing initiatives to help meet this growth.
This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to Lean principles, process engineering, data analytics, AI-enabled manufacturing tools, and cross-functional collaboration.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $76,300.00 and $114,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
