The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in supporting automated production systems.Base Pay Range$85,000 - $95,000 per yearTitle: Manufacturing EngineerLocation: Concord, North CarolinaIndustry: Automotive Components ManufacturingJob Type: Full-TimeResponsibilitiesProvide daily technical support for automated manufacturing equipment and systems.Diagnose and resolve downtime issues involving PLCs, sensors, and control systems.Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks and waste through process optimization.Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability and safety.Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.Recommend and implement automation and tooling improvements to boost efficiency and quality.Design and implement tooling and process solutions using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).Hands‑on experience with automated manufacturing equipment and systems.Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, electrical controls, and mechanical systems.Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
