You will contribute to the success of a dynamic environment by resolving technical issues related to complex gas turbine combustion components. Your day involves participating in Gemba meetings, working closely on the shop floor with operators to develop manufacturing processes, and collaborating with design and service engineering teams on DFM for new hardware.
Key responsibilities include leading new product development, establishing manufacturing processes, providing technical guidance and training, and ensuring effective communication of processes through technical instructions.
Qualifications include a BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (new graduates welcome), the ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications, experience with fixture design, fabrication, and welding techniques, and familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma and MRP software. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
