Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time Manufacturing Engineer in the Chattanooga, TN area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and support production processes, tooling, and equipment
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, time studies, and line balancing
  • Improve throughput, labor efficiency, scrap reduction, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
  • Create and maintain standard work, work instructions, and process documentation
  • Support new product launches
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues
  • Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
  • BS in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related
  • 3+ years of Manufacturing, Process or Industrial Engineering experience in a production environment
  • Strong process improvement and data analysis skills
  • Lean/Continuous Improvement experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
