Experience & SalarySenior Level, $90,000 - $115,000 per yearDuties & ResponsibilitiesCreates and revises CNC programs (Haas VF-4 & UMC-750) using Autodesk Fusion.Design fixtures and other equipment for the production process using Autodesk Inventor.Utilize additive manufacturing to produce fixtures and other equipment.Maintain and revise production routers and other production documents.Analyze process data to identify improvements.Analyze production KPI's and manufacturing cost data.Create production work instructions.Create test procedures.Lead APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) projects.Submits ECNs (Engineering Change Notices) as necessary.Lead Lean Six Sigma projects.CompetenciesBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.At least 5 years of related experience.Able to work with minimal supervision and capable of self-checking for completeness and accuracy of work produced.Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to maintain production routers and BOM's.Knowledge of CAD and design principles of additive manufacturing.Haas VF-4 setup and operating experience is a plus.Experience maintaining production route documents is a plus.Lean manufacturing training is a plus.Proficient with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.Proficiency with Autodesk Fusion is a plus.Willingness to learn new skills.Mechanical aptitude.A bit about usISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing company in Chicago that develops specialized systems that support controlled energy use in industrial and commercial settings.
