We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Aerospace & Defense to influence product development from quote to finished part.
In this role, you'll bridge customer requirements and shop floor execution by reviewing requests, designing efficient routing, and troubleshooting process challenges. You'll collaborate across departments, build relationships, and provide technical guidance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Qualifications include hands-on experience in CNC machining or advanced fabrication, familiarity with GD&T and blueprint reading, and problem-solving skills. Aerospace or defense background is preferred.
