Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Programmer to join a growing precision manufacturing organization supporting customers across industrial, aerospace, defense, medical device, and other highly engineered markets. This position will play a critical role in CNC programming, process optimization, and supporting ongoing growth initiatives at the company's corporate headquarters facility

The company serves a diverse range of industries including industrial manufacturing, aerospace, defense, medical device, and hydraulics, providing employees with exposure to complex manufacturing challenges and advanced machining technologies.

Description

  • Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning operations
  • Program and support CNC machining centers utilizing Mastercam
  • Support 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining applications
  • Improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency
  • Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot machining challenges
  • Review prints, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure manufacturability
  • Support tooling selection, setup optimization, and process validation activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout manufacturing operations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support new and existing programs

Profile

  • Strong CNC programming experience within metal machining environments
  • Proficiency with Mastercam
  • Experience programming CNC lathes and/or milling equipment
  • Understanding of machining processes and best manufacturing practices
  • Experience supporting multi-axis machining operations preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field for candidates pursuing a Manufacturing Engineer-level role
  • Leadership experience is highly valued and may create future advancement opportunities
  • Experience within precision machining, aerospace, medical, industrial, or related manufacturing industries

Job Offer

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and title level
  • CNC Programmer: $90,000-$110,000
  • Manufacturing Engineer: $110,000-$130,000
